In the next screen, enter your e-mail address and select "Send".

In the next screen your secret question is shown. This is the question that you specified when you registered as a new user. 
Enter the answer to the question. The answer has to be written in exactly the same way as you defined when registering.

Next step is to enter a new password. Confirm the password to make sure that is was well written.

The system will will inform you whether the information was entered correctly.

Password was changed successfully.	The password could not be changed because of an invalid answer to the secret question.
